Join Brendan and Christaine for a special practice-intensive retreat intended to dive deep into the Intermediate Series of Ashtanga Yoga. This experience is designed for practitioners who are exploring the second series, as well as for teachers looking into deepening their understanding of the asanas and energetic qualities of Nadhi Shodana.

Consistent practice through half Intermediate Series is required to attend this practice intensive.

The retreat includes:

• Lodging at Casa Tara overlooking the breathtaking La Ventana bay, in Baja California Sur, Mexico, for 5 days and 4 nights.

• 3  daily meals made with organic local ingredients at Casa Tara  (dietary restrictions can be accommodated).

• Local transportation to/from Airport-Retreat Center.

• Second Series Intensive Curriculum, including Daily Mysore and Pranayama, Led Intermediate, Second Series asana clinics, and two specialty workshops: “Unlocking Kapotasana” and “ From Pincha to the Seven Headstands”

• 25 hours of Continued Education Available for teachers
